How to Get Surf in Pokemon Infinite Fusion
In order to get the HM Surf in Pokemon Infinite Fusion, you will have to make your way to Fuchsia City. This is the one all the way at the bottom right of the map. This is the 5th gym that you will come across in Pokemon Infinite Fusion. After you defeat the Celadon gym leader you will be headed to Fuchsia City.
The HM Surf is found inside the Safari Zone in this town. This is located at the very north of the city area. Once you enter the Safari Zone you will only be allowed to take 600 steps before you are kicked out. The remaining steps will be shown at the top right. Deep within the Safari Zone you will find the HM surf. There are multiple different areas within the Safari Zone so to make things easier, you can check out the map below.
